We offer two ways to get your quote: we can come to you for a free on-site assessment, or you can send us photos and we'll provide an accurate estimate remotely — usually within the hour.
All quotes are transparent and fixed-price. No hidden fees, no surprise charges on the day. We'll explain exactly what's included and answer any questions you have.

Book Your Date
Once you're happy with the quote, simply choose your preferred date and time. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening slots, seven days a week. Same-day bookings are available subject to availability.
You'll receive a booking confirmation by email and SMS, including the name and photo of your assigned technician. We'll also send a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

We Arrive & Clean
Our team arrives at the agreed time in uniform, with all professional-grade equipment and eco-safe products. We'll do a quick walk-through with you before starting to confirm priorities and any specific areas of concern.
We work systematically through our checklist, treating every area with care. For end of lease cleans, we follow the exact checklist used by Sydney property managers.
We don't leave until you're satisfied
Inspection & Sign-Off
When we're done, we invite you to inspect every area. We'll walk through the space with you and address anything that doesn't meet your expectations before we leave.
For end of lease cleans, we can liaise directly with your property manager or real estate agent to ensure the property meets their standard.
Not happy? We'll fix it — free
Our Guarantee
If you're not 100% satisfied with any aspect of our work, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas at absolutely no cost. No arguments, no excuses.
For end of lease cleans, our bond-back guarantee means we'll return as many times as needed until your property manager is satisfied.
